Reviewing our Wildcard weekend NFL picks VS the spread
With the NFL post-season now in full swing the pickers in our annual NFL pickoff VS the spread have fewer picks to works with. That’s why Scott Stafford’s 3-0-1 showing on Wildcard weekend looms large.
By kickoff of the Chiefs / Colts game the Chiefs were favored. However, when we made our picks they remained two-point dogs. Scott was the only our pickers that had the Chiefs covering the two and, even though they lost, they covered.
The Packers / Niners game was a push. The Niners won by the three points by which they were favored.
I went 1-2-1 on the week. John Reidy did, too. Our buddy Snyder went 2-1-1 and Stafford improved his narrow lead in the contest by going 3-0-1.
The standings heading into the divisional round are Scott 125-122-9, Snyder 123-124-9, Colin 121-129-9 and Reidy 109-138-9.
