Reviewing our week fourteen NFL picks VS the spread
Sometimes a player emerges from out of nowhere and posts great production week after week. That’s what our buddy Snyder has done over the past month in our annual NFL pickoff VS the spread. Snyder’s season could not have begun much worse than it did. He fell way, way behind early. But in the past weeks he has blown the rest of us out of the water, consistently picking at least ten games correctly per week. Now he is in third place but threatening to claw to the top.
After a week fourteen in which Snyder went 10-5 (the Packers game was off the board), Scott Stafford went 9-6, Reidy went 5-10 and I went 6-9, we have a tie at the top. Stafford and I are each 102-96-8 on the season. Reidy is in third at 85-113-8 and the climbing Snyder is now 95-103-8.
We continue picking all the way to the Super Bowl. At the rate Snyder has been improving he could very easily end up winning the contest.
