Tonight we bring back the multi talented Josh Dover (@JoshuaDover) of Altitude Sports Radio who tells us all kinds of dirt on Marc Moser and Vic Lombardi.

We also talk Broncos, the insanity of going to training camp, the sad sack Rockies and we even get into a some Nuggets later on.

We also tell young Josh exactly what awaits him when he gets old and he gets plenty of stories of what happens to your body after 40.

A lot of Denver media is discussed, Colin gets a brief lecture about his social media use and he then he gets talked out of doing a bit about “Mansplaining sports to broads.”
