We love to watch you coach your Rams. You smile. It’s so obvious that you love the game of basketball and that teaching those young men how to make the most of their talents is a thrill for you.

Tim, you’re among our most infectious local Sports personalities and we can’t stand the idea that you may leave. Give us two more seasons – a deep run in the tournament. Help CSU put CU in it’s place before being a Husker. They can wait.
You deserve to enrich your career. Nobody can blame you for seeking opportunity. That’s job one. But we are so excited to see you complete this mission – to take this CSU team as far as it can go. Don’t make CSU start over. The Rams have talent, it’s true, but your are the coach that brings it out of them best.
Nebraska U is a much bigger school and they can doubtlessly offer you much, much more money, exposure and opportunity right now. IF you can win big with CSU next season, though, your stock will just keep rising. Maybe that next call will be from Duke.
