Insane person wishes to join Rockies’ staff
Some people think that the Rockies offering Walt Weiss a contract extension was nuts. But a crazy person supports the move and wishes to join Weiss’ staff.
Jose Canseco, who famously outed himself and other MLB players for juicing and has since made a career out of acting like a clown, expressed his desire to be Colorado’s hitting coach on Twitter this morning.
This will never happen, of course. But we can imagine nuttier things – such as a high school manager being offered the skipper job for a major league franchise.
