My secret blend of herbs and spices make my nuggets the best anywhere, and you’ll love dipping them into my fresh-made buttermilk ranch. Here are Colin’s fantasy nuggets for NFL week six:
Naturally, you were a big winner if your week six fantasy lineup looked like this: Nick Foles, Dwayne Harris, Keenan Allen, Brandon Jacobs, Chris Ogbonnaya, Joseph Fauria, Riley Cooper and the Rams defense. But, if you were stuck with dregs like Andrew Luck, Ray Rice, CJ Spiller, Torrey Smith, Calvin Johnson, Jimmy Graham and the Houston DST, you were SCREWED.
‘Twas a monster week for fantasy nobodies. Every time you turned around somebody was vulturing a TD from your studs. The first four TD scored on Sunday went to Nick Foles (who might have locked down the Philly job over Michael Vick), Thad Lewis (fresh of Buffalo’s practice squad), Corey Harkey (who is reportedly a TE for the Rams) and Joseph Fauria (who catches only TF passes for Detroit).
Brian Quick, Greg Little, Marvin Jones, Michael Tolbert, Marquise Goodwin, Brandon LaFell, Michael Floyd, Kenny Stills and Chris Durham all had TDs in a zany, zany week six.
The list of notable studs who did next to nothing is as long as your arm.
Vincent Jackson was among the only fantasy-relevant producers in the early portions of the Sunday games. Gio Bernard is showing some serious athleticism and should have RB2 value moving forward. Denarius Moore was a clever waiver snag for owners who have enjoyed his production. Deshaun Jackson’s value is apparently Revis-proof and Arian Foster is Arian Foster again.
Big question marks for week seven include Michael Vick, Jimmy Graham and, as always, Rob Gronkowski, who’s dad may or may not let him play.
