Reviewing our week eight NFL picks VS the spread

In betting as in the NFL sometimes you’re not sure just what kind of day you’ll have until it’s over. That was the case for me this week in our annual NFL pickoff VS the spread. I was able to move back into the lead over Producer Scott Stafford only becuase I was the only of our pickers that has Saint Louis covering the number versus Seattle at home.
The Rams pick allowed me to finish 8-5 on the week. Not great, but better than Scott (7-6), John Reidy (5-8) and our buddy Snyder (7-6). Once again I hold a small lead on the season at 61-54-4. Scott is right behind me at 59-56-4. Reidy trails Scott by seven wins at 53-63-4 and Snyder is still trying to dig out from a bad start. He sits at 46-69-4. Ouch.
