Get Joe Flacco’s stupid face off my football stadium!
As a taxpayer in Denver I am furious. How could the City, the County and the Denver Broncos organization allow the uni-browed visage of Colorado’s least favorite quarterback this side of Tom Brady to be plastered to the side of the house that the working class built, also known as Naming Rights Stadium at Mile High? We paid to erect that place. The last thing we should have to see is Joe Flacco’s stupid face peering out from behind a damn Ravens helmet while we drive along I-25.
He’s not just on the stadium, either. In anticipation of the big NFL opener two Thursday nights from now, the Broncos have, at the behest of the NFL, hung Flacco banners all over the downtown area as well. Yes, these are balanced by similar pennants which feature Peyton Manning, but that does not make it OK.

This is Broncos Country – not Broncos VS Ravens Country. If the NFL wants Joe Flacco’s mug on our building then, by golly, Roger Goodell can catch a private jet into to town and drop off a check to refund the dollars we spent paying for a nice new place for our Broncos to play in.
This BS can’t be allowed to stand. I am calling for civil disobedience.
