The Rockies are doing it right and the bandwagon is filling up in January as the team hosted its Fanfest at Coors Field on Saturday.
Full access to all areas of the ballpark including the clubhouse was what you got for your trouble. And plenty of superstars on hand to sign autographs and rub elbows with the faithful. These guys don’t have to do this, but they do because they know how important the fans are to the success of the team. With all the good will the Broncos drummed up with the recent Elway/John Fox news, the Rockies just kicked them back down the ladder and resumed their spot as Denver’s Team. Going to be a great spring.
