Is Know-Know going to be a Lion?
Rumors are flying than the Detroit Lions, who are in really bad shape at running back, might be discussing a trade with the Broncos for Knowshon “Know-Know” Moreno.
Detroit placed Jahvid Best on the P.U.P. list yesterday. Youngster Mikel Leshour is facing suspension and Kevin smith, their starter and lone healthy back, is always an x-factor due to his own injury concerns.
Broncos fans would not shed a tear if Moreno were moved. Most have grown weary of his lack of performance. Some folks have even speculated that he would be released by the team when the roster is pared down to 53. It’s not unlikely that the Broncos would attempt to trade him first in the interest of getting something – even a 6th ot 7th round pick in return for the runner who was once a first round pick by Denver.
