Heck of a Tweet, Brownie: Former FEMA head talks NOLA smack
Sometimes it’s not so much what is said, but by whom.
For the embattled former head of FEMA, the guy who was in charge during the catastrophic response to hurricane Katrina to poke New Orleneans with a Twitter stick in the middle of the Super Bowl was, well, controversial to say the least.
Mike Brown of “heck of a job, Brownie” fame (who is, for some reason, a Denver media personality now) offered up this gem of a Tweet yesterday evening. The social media fallout from the comment is everywhere today. Had a random smart ass like myself typed it, the Tweet would not be noteworthy but Brownie is the last guy on Earth that should have disparaged the people of the Gulf Coast.
