Pickoff 2011: reviewing our week 1 NFL picks VS the spread
Week one in the NFL featured some disheartening performances. Colin and Reidy's picks VS the spread were no different.
After our first week of picks, Colin leads the season series by 2 games. He turned in an 8 wins, 7 losses and a push while Reidy delivered 6 wins, 9 losses and a push. Neither picker would have beaten the vig.

Reveiwing our week 17 NFL picks VS the spread
Colin came into week 17 trailing Reidy by 4 games in the South Stands annual picking duel. Now he trails by 5. The ever-confident reidy managed a weakish 7-9 against the spread this week while Colin suffered a 6-10 drubbing. For the season Colin is 102-103-2 and, if the guys were betting real money, would be forced to sell his car. Reidy is 107-98-2 and only owns a moped.
The fellahs will continue to pick through the Superbowl. Needless to say, Colin will need perfect picks to make up his deficit. What's at stake? Listening to Reidy crow for the next 9 months. That's all.
