The Colorado Rapids are MLS Champions. Does anybody really care?

We were talking on the latest fancast about dumb MLS team names and how most are centered around tragedy. Kansas City just changed its name to a more Euorpean (and really lame) one: Sporting Kansas City. God that's horrible. Its last logo was a rainbow flag, the team incorporated various Judy Garland references into its motif, and somehow this is gayer.

The South Stands resident Sports writer, John Reidy, is getting excited about the Rapid.  Visit the AV Club Denver / Boulder to read his newest column.

Colin doesn't scare away the Rocky Mountain Roller Girls and they hang in for the second half. A roller girl goes to a Bronco game, Ozzy talk, and eventually some Broncos chat. Aaron X almost brings the studio down and feelings are hurt. We get all Rapids on your ass and discover MLS team names are centered on tragedy.
