Now that he's been inked to a long time deal with the Broncos he can finally settle down:

"I’m actually in the process of looking for a condo or townhouse, because I’ve actually lived in a hotel for the last five years. So I’m excited about moving out of the hotel.”

Last we checked Prater was trying to move IN to a MOTEL. That didn't work out so well for him.
