Leave it to Lindsay.
Everyone's favorite Broncos beat writer, Linday Jones of the Denver Post, reports that the DJ Williams Twitter incident is now water under the bridge at Dove Valley.
Jones writes at Denver Post Web that John Fox says the offending Tweet will not affect the Broncos defense "very much" and that, overall, he feels his players do a good job utilizing social media.
He told reporters: “I think our players do a great job with social media. You’re not going to get through a whole season unscathed. The world has gotten a lot smaller, but overall I think our guys do a great job.”
The sense we get is that nothing on DJ's Ipad screen was particularly proprietary. It was common stuff that every team uses. That doesn't excuse Williams' carelessness and you can bet that coaches have had strong words with him over the leak.
It looks like he's mostly out of the woods.
