As we reported right here (hours before any other Denver Media), DJ Williams pulled a real brilliant maneuver this morning - tweeting an image of his Broncos-issued I pad and the schematics of plays on screen.
Speculations abounds this afternoon that Williams - who has been a bit of a thorn in Denver's side - might be released before the season begins. Folks are pretty ticked off. It's a safe bet that Williams' employer is, too.
Still, the things people have said to him via Twitter have been pretty sketchy. It's amazing what anonymity will do to otherwise rational people. One thing is for certain, people would not say things like these to Williams' face:
Disappointed man. You were one of my favorite players, but all this drama the last few years makes you more hurt than help.
