Is there a better team in the NBA to hate?

As far as this sports blogger in concerned, the Nuggets managed to play their way into the ideal first-round seeding. There is no team I would rather see them play than L.A.. It should be one heck of a series. And you know what else? I think the Nuggets will win it.

Ron Artest did the Nuggets a huge favor by earning himself a suspension just in time for the post-season. Despite being a total knucklehead, Artest has been a key player for the Lakers this season. His absense will be felt in the first round of the playoffs.

Kobe Bryant remains a superstar - one of the very best players in the NBA. He's getting old, though. And he's playing through God-only-knows how many injuries.

As hot as the Nuggets have been ....
