Nobody is more notorious for playing guys who were NOT supposed to play and sitting guys who WERE supposed to play that Josh McDaniels' famously dishonest mentor, William Stephen Belichick.  

Is it worth considering that the whole "Orton is questionable" thing might be a complete ruse intended to force Norval Eugene Turner to prepare for multiple QB's in his defensive scheming for the all-too-critical upcoming game?  I'm starting to wonder.  Yes, Chris Simms has taken all the snaps in practice this week, so far as we know.  I wouldn't put it past McDaniels to start working the Neckbeard out just as soon as the press corps leave Dove Valley.  Wishful thinking?  Perhaps.
